What the site is for

The public pages give general information about owning operating solar plants in India. They are not an offer of securities and not investment, legal or tax advice. Read our disclosures.

Who can use the investor area

• The investor area is by invitation only.
• It is for investors who qualify as professional, accredited or institutional under the rules of their country, and who complete our verification.
• You must keep your password and authenticator app to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend or close an account to protect the site, the sellers or other investors.

Confidential information

Plant information in the investor area belongs to the sellers and to us. It is shared under the confidentiality agreement you accept for each plant, and you may use it only to evaluate that plant.

Accuracy

We take care to keep information accurate and show the date and sources of our guides, but rules, tariffs, tax rates and market figures change. Check anything important with your own advisers before you rely on it. Figures marked illustrative are model estimates.

Our services

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

Use of the site

• Don't try to access accounts, pages or documents that are not yours.
• Don't copy or republish our content in bulk without permission.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.

We link to official sources and other websites for reference. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes about them go to the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
