Plants for sale

A few of the solar plants in India whose owners are looking for a buyer. You would buy the company that owns the plant, with its power contract, land rights and approvals.

These are only examples. Most plants change hands privately and are never advertised. We search for each investor: tell us the size, budget, state, type of buyer and return you are after, and we find and check plants that fit. Tell us what you are looking for.

Figures are as the seller gave them; we have not checked them yet. We confirm every number in due diligence before you commit. The seller's name and exact site are shared once you are verified and have signed an NDA.
